His background includes training as a NAPPI Instructor for BayCare Health Systems, specializing in behavioral safety, de-escalation, and non-violent intervention.

• Willie also brings 10 years of production and entertainment security, providing protection behind the scenes for major companies such as MTV, BET, and shows like 90 Day Fiancé, ensuring cast safety, access control, VIP escorting, and on-set asset protection.

• With 20 years of event and nightlife security experience across the Orlando club scene and extensive work as a private bodyguard Willie has built a reputation for presence, awareness, and proactive conflict prevention.

• Willie has served 7 years as the Security Manager of Israel Good Protection Services (IGPS), overseeing operations, training, compliance, site management, and the development of IGPS’s professional standards. 

• With 8 years of process-serving experience, Willie has operated in high-risk neighborhoods, volatile situations, and intense legal environments yet consistently serves individuals with respect, dignity, and professionalism, often leaving them with a smile, even after receiving service. 

• As an NRA-Certified Firearms Instructor, soon-to-be Florida K-Licensed Security Instructor (2026), soon-to-be DI Instructor, and with DS Security School launching in 2026, Willie integrates advanced defensive training, certified instruction, and real-world expertise into every operation ensuring IGPS officers are trained at the highest standard in Florida.
